A free return shipping label & form is packaged with every order!

Step 1: See policies below to make sure your item is eligible for return

Step 2: Fill out the return shipping form provided in your package (or found here) and place it in the return package & affix the provided return label on top of the old one

Step 3: Seal the package and drop-off at any USPS or post office location

 

Upon Return...

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange
  • If you are approved, your refund will then be processed for the full amount excluding shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
  • Please note that we will process your refund immediately but due to different banks varying processing times, posted return times may vary
  • For exchanges, if your items are approved, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation of your exchange item (see below for exchange requirements)

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS RETURN POLICY

For hair extensions, our return policy lasts 10 days from the date it is delivered. If it has been over 10 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, be sure to keep the wire/seal that attaches the hair to the card intact. Due to health and hygiene reasons, removal of this seal will void your warranty, although, you can still easily remove the extensions from their packaging and hold them up against your hair with the wires and card intact to check the shade, feel and length!

 

CLOTHING/ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY

For bodysuits, our return policy lasts 7 days from the date it is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the tags still need to be attached and the bodysuit must have no stains or blemishes. Any returned bodysuits with removed tags or blemishes will void your warranty/refund and will be sent back to your mailing address

Late or Missing Refunds?

  1. First, check your bank account again and confirm it's the same account linked to the card you used for purchase
  2. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Then, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
